Arunabh Choudhary

He brings over 15 years of experience and has catered his services to diverse national and international clients including Corporates, Commercial Banks, Investment Banks, Funds, Fintechs and Start-Ups.
He has advised organizations registered with multiple regulators viz. SEBI, RBI and IRDAI. He has been instrumental in managing some critical M&A deals and has been advising companies on fund raising, data privacy and entry into India.
He also represented and advised the Competition Commission of India and deals in complex matters faced by emerging entities of Industry 4.0. Arunabh is a member of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, Bombay City Civil and Sessions Court Bar Association and Cloud Computing Innovation Council of India.
He has also been listed in the Forbes Power List of Top Individual Lawyers
(E-Commerce-Startups and Fintech), and has been awarded the Asia-Law Notable
Practitioner for Corporate and M&A Practice, as well as the Asian Legal Business India Top TMT/Fintech Lawyers.
Arunabh has been actively sharing his views on various topics in key legal publications and forums. He is a gold medalist, dual post-graduate in both law and management from one of India’s leading law schools, the National Law University, Jodhpur; and is equipped with all levels credentials from the prestigious professional body The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Tanvi Muraleedharan

Tanvi brings over 10 years of extensive experience in managing numerous corporates, including Start-Ups, MSMEs, MNCs etc. in their regular corporate issues, compliance concerns, acquisition and investment transactions, data privacy matters, regulatory issues, and setting up of AIFs and India entry strategies.
Tanvi has been instrumental in structuring and executing multiple deals across various sectors over the course of her career in the most time and cost-effective manner. From a seed stage investment to Series C/D investments; from minority divestment of stake to court driven M&A; from strategic sale of companies to insolvency proceedings, which allows her: (a) to provide unique solutions, catered to any situations, not just from a legal perspective but also from a general transaction and taxation perspective; (b) to negotiate win-win scenarios for all parties involved while understanding the pain points of all parties.
Tanvi is an alumnus of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies and a member of the Bar Council of Kerala. She is also a DSCI Certified Privacy Lead Assessor and equipped with final level credentials from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has also been awarded Asia Law Notable Practitioner award for Corporate and M&A Practice.

In addition to working groups, regulatory agencies and governance bodies, Renu has collaborated with individuals, entities, associations, and alliances on wide range of matters including internet governance, information and communication technology laws, platform economy, intellectual property laws, media laws, consumer protection laws, privacy laws, organizational governance, employment laws, environment laws, maritime laws, antitrust laws, and anti-corruption laws.
Renu is a double post-graduate (M.B.A, LL.M) from one of India’s leading law schools, the National Law University, Jodhpur (NLUJ); and a qualified executive from the ICSI. She is a member of the Delhi Bar Council Enrolled Lawyer, an Accredited Mediator, a Certified CSR Auditor, a Lead Privacy Assessor and a Qualified Academic.
Renu brings over 12 years of experience across the policy and regulatory domain with working groups, Regulatory Agencies and Governance Bodies. She has also been part of BRSR and ESG practice. Renu has been instrumental in the Digital India and Dot Bharat initiatives as a policy consultant to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.

Amol brings over 20 years of experience in Commercial contracting, Pan India Litigation, Regulatory and Law Enforcement Advisory India entry, Investments and buy-outs in India. As an
in-house counsel, Amol has worked with several large organizations across industries ranging from Automotive and Financial Services to Online Sports/Gaming, Online Sports Streaming, and
E-commerce. Prior to joining LawKNIT, Amol was with Dream Sports managing diverse areas of
law including league partnerships, taxation, stakeholder matters, funding rounds to name a few.
Amol was instrumental in setting up processes for effectively dealing with Law Enforcement Agencies and is known for his expertise in areas like Foreign Direct Investments, Corporate Commercial Advisory, Regulatory Compliances, Setting up new lines of businesses and Policy Legal.
He is a recipient of the IBLJ In-house Counsel Awards in the Media, Entertainment and
Sports Law Category and a member of the Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh.
